When is the Final Payment Due?Final PaymentFinal payment is required when the puppy is 8 weeks of age and before any airline reservations are made. Puppies that are going to be picked up locally must be paid in cash, or debit/credit card at the time of pickup. Customers picking up their puppies personally can also pay for the puppy in full before pick-up time. No puppy will leave the facility until the puppy has been paid for in full. We recently ran into issues relating to personal checks and have decided not to accept this method of payment from now on. Once the puppy has reached 8 weeks of age or older NO REFUNDS will be given for any reason! |
